- The magnesium supplement that provides: magnesium chloride for increased absorption versus magnesium oxide; enteric coating to help prevent stomach upset; 238 mg of calcium per 2 tablet serving. - Directions
- As a dietary supplement, take 2 tablets once or twice a day or as directed by your physician. Store in a dry location at 59-77 degrees F (15-25 degrees C). Store tablets in original container with desiccant. Do not repackage.
