- While standing, place the support around your mid back. Be sure the bottom section of the support is positioned above the upper buttocks. Pull both side straps evenly until the support is snug in the back, overlap the two side straps and fasten the closures. Readjust periodically throughout the day or as needed for a snug, but not tight, fit. Care instructions: Hand wash in cool water with mild soap. Wrap in towel to remove excess water. Air dry away from heat.
