- Slide over foot. Pull support up onto knee. Center patella locator over the kneecap. Size selection: Measure around kneecap while in a standing position. Large: 17 - 19-1/2 in (43. 2 - 49.5 cm). Care: Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean or use bleach or fabric softeners.
