- Unfasten the four straps and secure the brace over the leg properly aligning the knee cap in the center of the donut buttress. Secure the wrap in place by closing the top and bottom Velcro closures. Once secured, fasten the bottom front strap first and then the top front strap. Continue securing the two rear support straps. Care: Hand wash in cool water with mild soap. Wrap in towel to remove excess water. Air dry away from heat.
