- Fitting instructions: While sitting, extend your leg in a straight or extended position. Place the brace on your knee with the patella opening positioned over your knee cap. Take the top Velcro strap and wrap behind and around to the front of your knee. Do the same with the bottom strap. The knee wrap should fit comfortably snug around the knee. Care instructions: Hand wash in cool water with mild soap. Wrap in towel to remove excess water. Air dry away from heat.
